HANDLE REALLY IS JUNK

I purchased product last year, and used it less then a half dozen times and trigger wouldn’t work. I put it away properly for the winter. In spring I took it out forgetting that it was broken when I put it away, motor and pump started up fine but within a few pulls of the trigger it quit working again. I am mechanical capable enough and took apart the handle. Upon doing so found out that the pressure release valve is junk, combine with no metal or spring inside was just poor design. But rather than dealing with company sending me the same wand, I may go see if another company makes a wand that is compatible and a better design. Because that pump, motor and all other components are of good quality.

Wands are junk

Bought a year ago used 3 times first wands quit working on first use called customer svc got a new wand used that one twice an it quit working same thing happened to both the trigger mechanism breaks the wands so far are junk
