Failed during 2nd use -

This is the second time I have purchased this hose.
my first hose lasted @ two years - but light use, maybe once a month. I thought the braided steel line would provide long lasting service. Not the case.... During the second use, the hose developed a large bubble in the poly coating. The braided line must be leaking internally, putting pressure on the poly sheath. I am using a Kohler Command Pro15 4,000 psi pressure washer rated at 4,000 PSI, cold water only. This hose was a good bit more expensive - but it was steel braided and rated above what I needed (@4,500 psi)
Will be taking it back since I just bought it... not sure what hose I will go with next...
Pretty disappointed.
