Simplicef (Cefpodoxime Proxetil) Tablet is an FDA-approved cephalosporin antibiotic that's effective for treating skin infections in dogs. It may used for treating urinary tract, ear and respiratory tract infections as well. Available in 100 mg and 200 mg strengths. Simplicef is an effective treatment against most gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.

Safety has not been proven for use in lactating, pregnant, or breeding dogs.

Side Effects
