Purchase online was easy. Product did not come with all parts. Some holds did not match up. Had to wait nearly a week, all parts should have been with product as it was major parts. metal seems sturdy.

The purchase was easy. It was the missing parts and lack of proper screw holes and the wait from the manufacturer. Customer
service was nice but company should do a better job. BUT COMPLETE disrespectful of our time and money. Wheres quality control. And why not overnight? I just dropped what is a good amount of money...especially now days. Overnight the parts...and it was a total of 16 pieces to put the roof portion together. I certainly hope the product is quality. We will see its only been 4 days. The metal seems very sturdy. The 22 x 24 had 1 star. Online and other reciews were decent. Maybe its just our luck.
