I bought this unit to store my truck and boat in during the winter and as a place to work out of the rain in the summer. I purchased a 24' x 14' unit. The stock unit is a 20' x 14' and they add the larger canvas and extra section of frame. I took delivery at the store and actually rented a trailer. As it turns out, it would have fit easily into my pickup truck. So if you buy one and have a standard pick up bed, you will be able to pick up at the store. It is delivered on a pallet, but when you pick it up you can break down the pallet and put in your truck easily. Assembly is straight forward. However, I would recommend that you put the ends on as you build the two end frames. because once the full framework is in place, the tolerances on the bolt holes are so tight that anything not perfectly square will come out of alignment and require significant undoing of your frame to set the ends. Once the ends are on, pulling the main cover over and securing on horizontals is easy. I have ledge under my structure so I used 55 gal plastic barrels filled with sand to anchor my frame (6 barrels with 600-800lbs of sand in each. I also rigged a pulley system to open my main door. 1" PVC pipe in bottom slot with 3/8 inch rope to a pulley on the center line 3rd rib. Works great! I stitched stoppers on my zippers to avoid them running off. I recommend this if you will use the zippers to open and close the doors regularly. Overall, I find the quality and workmanship superior to other structures I looked at. I also found assembly to be as easy as they said. Two people is a must! But in the end I have a well-made, reliable structure for my temporary storage needs.

The construction was fairly straight-forward. I had one issue and a recommendation. I did not receive any end rail clamps and the side rail clamps were too small for my 14*12*20 foot storage facility. Pretty dismaying to get to the end of the build and not be able to finish. The project comes with a large bag of bolts that are all tossed in together. Other than in the first step - the parts are referenced by number, but there are no lengths or descriptions provided. A very simple add to the construction.
