Ordered wood and needed another rack. Very strong and sturdy. Was a pain to put together by myself

I purchased this firewood holder and it was shipped extremely fast, arrived very quickly. The package is quite heavy but that's to be expected of a solid metal object. I was able to put it together on my own, although having a second person to assist would've made the process faster and easier. I did have to use a ratchet with an extender to fully tighten all the bolts. The rack is now holding a ton of freshly chopped wood and doing a great job of keeping it off the ground. I was so happy with this product that I bought a second one to put closer to my house. #Sweeps

Not very sturdy for the price. Needs to have a support across the top

It was nice having it shipped to the store for free and the box was not damaged in any way. The problems began as soon as we opened the box and discover parts (cross pieces) were bent, the rubber end caps were broken and there were scratches on the powder coating. Since we needed it the next day we fixed it and started putting it together. That's when we found out that the holes did not line up. We ended up enlarging several screw holes ourselves. A job that should have taken 30 minutes or less, took almost 2 hours. I plan on contacting the company to at least replace the end caps. A plus, it is more heavy duty than the typical round metal tube racks. ShelterLogic needs to work on quality control!
