A: Rotella T4 15W-40 is a conventional base oil, Rotella T5 15W-40 is a synthetic blend (part synthetic base oil). The full synthetic is Rotella T6 5W-40, suitable for both low temperatures and high temperatures.

A: Upon checking a 2007 F250 Super Duty 6.0 Diesel as basis, it calls for an API CI-4, SAE 15W-40 and you can use the Rotella T4 Triple Protection 15W-40 Heavy Duty Diesel Engine Oil.
