I had been looking to buy a shed locally but prices had been more than double this price for a fully assembled, similarly sized shed. I saw this one and decided to take a chance. It arrived ahead of schedule via a freight company flatbed truck. The truck was equipped with a forklift for easy unload. The pallet was tightly packed, in particular order. All of the pieces are pre-cut to size, and some stamped with a part number. Other pieces are only identifiable by measuring. Be careful when measuring, because several are similarly sized. A couple of the included 2x4s were warped significantly. I opted to replace those. Other boards were only slightly warped. My kit was missing four boxes of 3 inch nails, the decorative hinges, and the handle for the door. I reached out to customer service at Backyard Products LLC, using the contact information shown in the assembly manual, but did not hear back from them (and still haven't after 11 days). As they were required for the floor assembly, I ended up purchasing the missing 3 inch nails from my local home improvement store. While I was there, I grabbed an extra pressure treated 2x4 for some added stability for the floor. Assembly went pretty well. The instructions provide just the right amount of detail, and are easy to follow along. The most frustrating part, other than not receiving all of the pieces, was having to seam together some 8ft. pieces with some 2ft. pieces to make 10ft. boards. Depending on the warping, you can end up with some pretty wonky 10 footers. All of the exterior pieces come primed with a beige finish, not the gray/white/black that's shown in the photo. The metal roof panels are bare. I painted mine black prior to installation. I used about 2/3 of a gallon of an exterior paint & primer to coat the tops of the roof panels. Since you're saving so much money versus buying a preassembled shed, I'd suggest investing in a small air compressor and pneumatic finish nailer... or maybe you have a friend that you can borrow one from. You'll definitely be glad you did. You'll use hundreds of nails attaching the paneling and trim. Overall, I'd probably rate this kit a 3.5. Assembly time will vary, but don't be surprised if it takes a couple weekends and a handful of extra trips to the home improvement store to knock out the project.

Most of the WOOD is TOO BENT and WARPED to use, the roof is crushed and the usable pieces are CUT TO THE WRONG SIZE. Am very unpleased, everything the previous comment said it’s correct, everything is cut incorrect the wood is nasty, delivery sucks kept changing the delivery date.
