Crappy plastic opening mechanism

The opening mechanism is a piece of crap. Other reviews said the same thing but I was hoping they were wrong. They were not! The first safe we got was awesome but they changed the opening and closing mechanism. What would you fix that which wasn't broke. Their newer style is crap!

Heavier than expected but happy!

A touch heavier than I was expecting but offset by the fact that it is much roomier than just a box. I appreicated them explaining about monitoring contents that may be sensitive to moisture by placing them inside a sealed container.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Main reason for rating is that the key is somewhat difficult to use. I have to jiggle the key until it slots into the lock. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the file at this point.
