It's Not Unit Capacity But Length That Matters

A couple of things, not within TS purview. The instructions were not great/very clear. It is definitively a 2 person assembly. Highly suggest measuring the LENGTH of your pet. Ours can fit in but is not really able to turn around to exit. The communication with Schwinn was top notch (inquired whether we could attach to an e-scooter and what, if any mods might be needed). TS kept us informed on order status and even helped load it for us.
