I ordered online same day and it arrived without any packaging and a price tag attached that was $10 less than what I paid. I contacted their support team and the refunded me the $10. The hat is beautiful and I’m happy.

Great quality, amazing hat!

I seen this hat at our local TSC, and showed it to my wife....she bought it instantly! My wife and I love this hat! We are very western cultured people, with having horses, and other various farm animals, as well as going to rodeos and livestock auctions. We are in the lifestyle, and we know a good hat. I would the the quality of this hat right up there with some Stetson, Resistol, etc. top brands. The look and feel are amazing!
