The Rutland Stove, Grill and Hearth Glass Cleaner is ammonia-free with a non-scratching formula consisting of micro-scrubbers that remove baked-on soot, creosote, carbon and other mineral residues from the glass doors of fireplace inserts and stoves. It can also be used on stainless steel, chrome, porcelain, tile and aluminum surfaces, as well as ceramic range tops and fiberglass shower doors. This stove cleaner is designed to leave a protective silicone layer, making the next cleaning even easier.

    Best Glass Cleaner for wood stoves I have used yet

    We get a lot of soot on the inside of our woodburner doors and if not cleaned regularly, it "bakes" on. Many of the other glass cleaning products barely work on this "baked on" soot and require a ton of elbow grease to get it off. This product, while still requiring some elbow grease, makes the job a lot easier. I will continue to use this brand until I die or they go out of business.

    This product was on clearance when I bought it so I thought I would try it. I use it mainly on my convection cook top. It does a fabulous job and works easily on stuck down mess and spills.
