This product is only available online. I ordered two for pick-up in store. I arrived at the store the employee was very friendly and helpful, located my package, checked inside to ensure two containers were inside and off I went. I got home to find out the lids were noy shipped with the containers. I verified the lids were included with the purchase and they were supposed to be included. I returned to the store and was quickly told that's an online order we can't help you, you'll need to call customer service. I was given the phone number for customer service and called three times to just get stuck in the phone tree. With every option I chose a recording told me it was unrecognizable and would send me back through the options or disconnect. When I informed the manager I was told well guess you can return them with any other offer to help. I wanted these specific containers since they are the same size and brand as all of my other holiday storage containers. I would have preferes a solution to get the lids delivered, but the manger had zero interest with heloing connect me to customer service. To Rubbermaid, why is the 14 gallon size only available online when your other sizes are available in stores? The 14 gallon size is a perfect manageable size for attic storage. I ended up taping up the broken lid on my old container and making due for this holiday season. Maybe Rubbermaid will bring the 14 gallon size back to stores by next season??

They also stack really nicely for easy storage when not in use. The only issue I had was with the locking handles — you don’t always hear it snap, even though it is locked (see video).
