  • A: Howdy neighbor! Out of the box, the Royal Gourmet 3-Burner Griddle requires a standard, large 20 lb propane tank because its high 25,500 BTU output needs plenty of fuel to feed all three burners. While you can purchase a separate adapter to run it off a small 1 lb canister for camping trips, that small bottle will only give you about 45 to 60 minutes of cooking time before running empty.
