Wall needs to be perfect

Anyone who hangs wallpaper will tell you that if the surface of your walls is not uniform or your corners are not plumb, hanging peel and stick wallpaper is a nightmare. Traditional wallpaper, the kind you soak in water to activate the adhesive, is such that when you apply it, you can gently slide it around to position it where you want it. Not this stuff. When you attach an area about the size of a nickel, you have now established the final position of the whole sheet. If it's not where it's supposed to be, your only recourse is to completely remove the sheet and start all over.
Once attached to the wall, if there are any bubbles under the sheet, sometimes they can be extremely difficult to work out.
Lastly, the rolls we received had sections where the adhesive was missing on the back of the wallpaper. If that place happens to be where a bubble was located, it will just pop back up.

We would like to apologize that your experience with our product was not satisfactory. We ask that you please contact RoomMates directly so we can further resolve this issue. Thank you for your review. To help line up your strips, we recommend peeling back 12 inches of the paper backing at a time and using a plastic smoothing tool to smooth into place and remove bubbles. This will allow small sections of wallpaper to be installed at a time and keep the pattern in line.
