I applied this to the wall one day and the next day it had already started buckling and peeling.

We would like to apologize for your negative experience with our product. When installing, we recommend peeling back 12 inches of the paper backing at a time and using a plastic smoothing tool to smooth into place and remove bubbles. Please know, this product is recommended for walls that are smooth, flat, clean, and free of dust. If the wall is slightly textured, not cleaned properly, or recently painted, the paper may not stick very well.
