Athol has great customer service!

This lift replaced an old one we had. The manager at the Athol, ID store said they would assemble it (except for the electrical wiring). Such a kind geststure! I paid $600 for that on the previous lift assembly. The lift works great. Fits a mobility scooter just great. I highly recommend. Be sure to buy the extended warranty……had I done that before I wouldn’t be paying for this one!!

you honestly do not value customer feedback. I attempted to call spent 35 minutes on hold gave up. Sent in customer comments from your website "contact us" promised a response within 2 days, still waiting 6 days later.

Don’t buy it

It has only worked 1 time installer can’t figure out the problem and it’s past the 39 day return window. The number provided for Rockland company doesn’t work so we can’t even get any guidance on what the problem might be. Very frustrating to spend that amount of money for nothing.
