Defective Cap Caused Major Spill in My Vehicle

Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, the product cap was not securely fastened. During my drive home, the majority of the bottle leaked and spilled all over my backseat. This created a significant mess and resulted in wasted product. I was very disappointed to discover the leak after arriving home and would recommend that the manufacturer improve the cap’s seal and quality control to prevent similar issues for other customers.

The product works very well, but the bottle leaves a lot to be desired. I lost a whole bottle because the nozzle won't stay tight on the bottle. Rating would have been higher with a better bottle.
