Just received there no place to hook the strap like on the climbing sticks had to use rachet straps good quality like the steps have grip overall i like river edge products

I ordered two climbing systems. I opened one, assembled it and put it up and it was just what I wanted and expected.
2 weeks later I opened the 2nd one and the fasteners and straps were missing. I took the box to tractor supply in Caledonia, NY. They offered to take it back and refund mu money since I was in the 30 day return window. They also gave me an 800 # to call to see if the manufacturer would send me the missing items. I spent 15 minutes on hold and was passed to another person. Another 15 minutes on hold and a very nice person promised to send me the missing Items. That was like a week and a half ago.
To date I have not received anything.....Hunting season is now 1/2 over.
So honestly I'm not very happy

Bad quality, false advertisting

First off, these are not 20' connected. They are around 19'. Also, I pulled mine out of the box and there were multiple rust spots and pieces of the grip paint flaking off the steps. These are Big Foot brand, not Rivers Edge. the quality is not great. There is not even a designated spot for the straps to attach. Not impressed. Wouldn't buy again. I'll stick with Millennium tree stand products going forward.
