The dog flea and tick solution also works to keep flea eggs from hatching, protecting them from reinfestation. Use this flea and tick solution for dogs ages 6 weeks and older.How it Works

After you topically apply Revolution, it begins to work by entering the bloodstream through the skin. It then works to prevent parasitic worms and heartworm disease. Selamectin, the active ingredient, stays in the bloodstream and tissue of the dog, maintaining prevention. Selamectin kills adult fleas and American dog ticks, prevents hatching of flea eggs, and works to treat sarcoptic mange and ear mites.

Special Precautions

Before administration, your dog will require a heartworm test to rule out existing infections. Infected dogs require heartworm treatment prior to starting on Revolution.
