My senior dog loved this bed. I purchased several over the years. When it was time for a new one, it was unavailable for pick up or ordering. I spoke to a representative at the store and was told to check back when their shipment arrived. 2 days after the shipment, no bed. I spoke to the 2nd representative and was told I could order it online. I was unable to order it online. I spoke to the 3rd representative and was told it had been discontinued. Colossal waste of time. Some representatives do not know their behind from a hole in the ground.

Both of our dogs choose the beds over the floor. If you wonder where they are that is where you find them.

All 3 of my dogs absolutely loved this bed, it was bought for our GSP but all of the dogs would steal a turn from time to time. We’ve had it maybe 2 months now & the zipper on the top cushion broke & foam pieces covered my floor when i picked it up to vacuum the kennel. I tried just taking the liner out that had the foam in it, but I can not seem to remove it at all. It was great while it lasted.

Worked great until he decided to chew it up.
