Bad processing

I ordered them online on March 12, 2026. They have them in the store but I ordered them online to get the $10 bonus for online purchase. I went in the store a few days later asking for my order but was notified it would not be ready for pick up until the 23rd. (Why so long?!?!? When they're literally in the store on a shelf in every store). This was the first time I had ever been to the Hartselle, Alabama Tractor Supply store. It was really dirty and staff unprofessional was also told that it would be available for pick up in the store for exactly one week before it would placed back on the shelf. I'm here on the 28th and I went to pull up my order online through my account in the parkinglot before going in only to find that my order had already been canceled before today!! What in the world! I've now made two trips here over some dog treats and spent more in gas than I was saving from my online discount and still left empty handed!
