I was having issues with my saddle slipping on my horse, Lucky. Not anymore with this great pad! I am really happy with the non-slip feature of this pad, and how it will stay tucked up in the gullet of the saddle and keep pressure off of my horse's withers. I have a short-backed, big barreled horse. There is virtually no slippage. I use this all the time, on its own for trail rides, lessons, etc, and with a saddle blanket over the top for shows. I have tried several other non-slip pads. They are too small. They don't cover Lucky's back where the saddle blanket and saddle sit. They only cover a small square. If a little more cushion is needed under your saddle, you are unhappy with the bottom that's on your current pad or just want to keep your saddle blanket clean? This pad is perfect for just those situations. Reinsman Under Pad- Tacky Too Contour is breathable, shock-absorbing, tough, and durable. It doesn't pull, bunch up, nor does it trap heat or sweat. It is very breathable! If Lucky is sweaty, I simply hose it down after I ride and leave it out to dry. It is also easy to clean, and quick-drying! This is an awesome pad. I want to purchase another one because I like this one so much!

Says black in description of color but its not all black one side is cream and other black and it looks nothing like the photo they show.
