The Reinsman 5 in. Rosie Sweet Iron Pony Gag Bit is a low leverage gag excellent for horses with a lot of natural rate. The chain is one of the less severe mouthpieces. This bit works well on the corners of the lips and conforms well in the mouth for a slight amount of tongue pressure. Most problem horses will pack this mouthpiece very well. Stage B is all about transition, with the introduction of leverage and curb pressure. Short shanked bits and half-gags comprise Stage B.
