The REESE trailer hitch ball mount starter kit is the perfect purchase for anyone who is new to towing and not sure what to get. REESE starter kits come complete with everything you need to set up your trailer hitch and tow safely. Each starter kit includes a ball mount with a pre-torqued hitch ball and Interlock technology to keep it securely in place on your ball mount. REESE starter kits also include either a pin and clip or a lock to keep the shank of the ball mount securely connected to your vehicle's receiver hitch. Each REESE ball mount is made from solid, all-welded steel and has a Metal Shield finish and is specifically designed to work with 2 in. hitch receivers. The drop needed for each vehicle and trailer combination varies, so be sure to pair your vehicle and trailer correctly to achieve a level and safe towing setup. False advertising. I ordered this and the pictures show it coming with a pin and clip but there is no pin or clip included just the hitch by itself. The pin and clip are sold separate
