    FIRST BRAND GROUP: Inferior Shipping

    Ordered two different times. Both were missing installation hardware and scratched because of item not being secured in oversized transport box and ripping cardboard, so that paint was scratched off and installation kit missing. It is the fault of the manufacture that item was damaged and missing parts; not Tractor Supply Company!
