I just both these and I really like them, I think wish I ordered another pair

This was my go to boot for years. Most comfortable boot I ever had. They would last hold up daily use. Sole was soft non slip. It would wear on the faster side, but that’s the trade off. First 3 pair were amazing! Lasted roughly 1.5 years each. Then they changed something in the materials (only way I can explain it). My last 2 pair have not even made it a year. The sides split at the seam where the foot bends, and both had a tighter fit when getting your foot out. The material rips inside catching your heal making it tough to get your foot out. The fabric hooked your heal. As a firefighter, that’s no good. The sole is some hard foam type material now. Went from wearing nicely, to literally chunks rip off. I contacted Reebok, and was sent to another company. Yes, Rebook will not help you. You will be sent to Warson Brands. They make the boot for Reebok. They allowed me to send pictures and determined the seam was ripped or torn. And they could only send me a coupon for half off purchased from them at full price. Being I loved my first 3 pair, I figured this was just a one off and I would give it another go. Sadly I have found the same issues with the replacements. After a few months, chunks of the “rubber/foam” started breaking off. Side seam split, and material at the heal torn due to having a hard time sliding boots off. It’s as if the zipper didn’t go down as far on these? They literally went from the only boot I ever wanted (even over sneakers) to ones that just don’t work anymore. Not sure what or why they changed them, but the cost doesn’t justify the quick breakdown. I’m not going to try to get a discount again. At this point the boot isn’t what it use to be. Time to look for another boot that can last as a duty boot. Many options at the $180.00 range to choose from. I’ll post pictures in hope that they can determine what they need to do to fit it. It was a good run, but I just can’t justify the cost for the performance or durability any more
