We have bought 6 of these so far and usually buy 1 a year to keep increasing our storage (we only use wood to heat with). We use them with 16' 2x4's and they work great. I do add a couple of short blocks between the 2x4's to brace due to the length of the 2x4's we use. These are much heavier than other brands, are one piece and have held up great! Down side is that they never seem to be in stock and always have to be ordered. We went to a big box lumber place and got one and it was garbage; we returned that immediately. Just wish they were stocked regularly in the TS store.

Not exactly as advertised

Country of origin is China, not USA like it states on the Tractor Supply website. 2x4 opening is 1-3/4" x 3-3/4". A standard 2x4 is 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" so the fit is not ideal. The welds are only tacks, it really needs a few weld beads added per joint.

Heavy Duty Steel Log Rack

This is the perfect solution we were looking for to stack wood. The steel is heavy duty. The design allows flexibility for the overall length - purchasing boards in ghe lengths needed to fit our space. Adding 2 short sections of wood to stabilize the long boards works well.

The screws don’t come with it and neither do the 2 x 4. It’s $55 for two metal ends. It’s going back. It is very light so I’m not sure how “heavy-duty” it is.
