Rusty, seat has a dark spot, fabric is ripped and legs are scratched up from sitting outside. I placed my ordered online as a pick up. Was not aware it had been sitting outside in the weather.

Good material and frame, but....

I bought 2 of these chairs, seemed great initially. However, after 1 year of use (one outdoors, in the AZ sun and one shaded in a shelter) the cords that hold the material are shredding. The chair has a 300 lb limit. My husband and I don't even weigh 300 lbs together! Also, the elastic on the neck pillow has totally stretched out, disintegrated. The fabric and frame are fine. The warranty company is a 3rd party company with strict guidelines and cannot help. I can/will purchase new cords and elastic and do the repairs myself, but shouldn't have to.
