Terrible quality and service

I put two planters on layaway in January. When we got home one was missing multiple parts. Had to drive 30 minutes to pick up another one and pick one out of a pile of torn and weathered boxes. That had been left outside for months. The one I got is chipped. But at least had the correct parts. Really disappointed as this store just recently opened. You’d think they wouldn’t be selling open boxes with missing parts or putting them on lay away for customers to pick up later. Not sure I will return to store again. I should be refunded for both planters since they clearly weren’t worth keeping from looking like garbage for customers to purchase.
