Received damaged, manual says contact customer support but no number or web address. Searched online for the manufacturer with no luck. Called Tractor Supply customer service, opted for the call back option because of long wait time. Never heard from them.

The item came damaged in two se tions. I contacted customer support, very rude, and I only received one replacement item. Not happy with the construction, very thin painted metal and the actual fire pit area is too small
for the size of the unit.
