These are really nice chairs. I've had the matching bench for several years and it has held up very well, looks almost new though I leave it outside year round (in the San Francisco Bay Area). This set is elegant—not clunky or fussy looking like so many outdoor pieces, and the resin seats and backs don't look obviously plastic. The chairs work for people in a range of sizes: I'm 5'4 but tall friends (6' and 6'3") also find them sturdy and comfortable. You can put away the cushions while it's raining and the furniture still looks good. The rocking chairs (which I don't have) are also handsome, and if I didn't already have a rocker I needed, I would buy one of those.
