I've had these boots in the past. These are boots designed to fit over shoes/hiking boots. I use them as a temporary wear to protect my shoes/or boots from deep water puddles and/or muddy work situations. They are excellent for those conditions because they do keep your feet dry. What works best to put them on & off is to slip a plastic grocery bag over your boot/shoe , then slip the boots on with ease. Then to remove them from your feet, I just grab the heel of the boot and pull them off with ease as well. Overall well worth the money for temporary use. I recommend order about 2 sizes bigger than your shoe size for best fit.

Wearing these for years. One problem is that you need them 4 sizes bigger to fit over shoes. They only go to 16 so some of my insulated shoes won't fit.

The boots needed a little spray silicone in them, so my shoes would slip in easily.

I based my decision on size based on recommendations and reviews online that stated to order one size larger than your normal boot/shoe size. I wear a size 10 1/2 boot/shoe, since there was no size 11 1/2, I ordered a size 12. They are big, and think the size 11 would fit better, I'm on the fence about returning them for a size 11. Note: They are 16 inches high not 18 inches. Dealing with TSC was a pleasure, package arrived as scheduled.
