Nice looking unit but definitely not reliable. Had it for little over a year and one day it just wouldn’t start. I had just charged it so I checked fuses and the 48v General Power Supply fuse blew and blew 3 more afterwards. Coleman warranty folks told me to take to a local repair shop. Long story short…service guy told me one thing which I believe and warranty customer service, The warranty service rep lied and told me “he” told her something else so Coleman wouldn’t have to repair it under the warranty. How do I know she lied…the service guy showed me the text exchange and pictures he sent her which was not in line with what she told me. After doing some research I found these have a history of that fuse popping, some after a year and some only a few days due to the voltage reducer converter being cheap and not completely water proof as well…and might I add the thing is in the front near the tires. So if you are lucky to have them replace it, the replacement converter which I bought myself is actually different. Thicker wires and a little better quality. We’ll see how long this one lasts.

I bought this cart in May or June this year and have absolutely loved it. It comfortably fits 4 people on it and even loaded has good acceleration. I really like the regenerative breaking to help preserve the battery life. I normally only have to charge it every couple of days of heavy use. This thing has a long range of 40 miles minimal. Especially with less than 4 people on it. Very bright led lights and light bar which I love. I think we're close to 250 miles on it already and nothing too bad has happened. It started squeaking at passenger side rear wheel and rattling with the roof. I tighten the bolts to stop most rattling but think Im going to go a step further and put foam between all rub points up there to see if I can get it silent. As for the squeaking a little shot of wd40 on my springs and shocks cleared that right up. I did notice to grease is in my fittings from factory so Im adding that to my list for this weekend. It charges really fast I plug it directly into the side of my camper and 5hrs if its stone dead most the time only 1 or 2 from my normal 60% mark. Im very pleased and happy with this cart. They had it marked down 1 g and 48 months 0% interest. Could only find used at that price point

Wow. Don’t know where to start. Thought I was getting a great deal purchasing this Kart. It’s like a Kia, the bells and whistles look and feel great, but the power train and other mechanical components are completely unreliable. Returned and got my 8 racks back. No need for a response from Coleman.
