What are the BTU requirements for this at full load?

This generator blows through around 5 pounds per hour in the upper reaches. LPG is 21,600 BTU per pound. So 5*21,600=108,00BTU/hr would be the estimate.

What type of battery is required to start the generator. Type of Oil required?

The battery is included. This generator uses 10w30 oil.

What is the THD on this. Will it cause problems on electronics.

The THD is rated at 5% or less. A line conditioner would be recommended with sensitive electronics.
