Are you having trouble sliding your screen door open or closed? Have you checked your rollers/roller assemblies? Don't replace the entire door. For a fraction of the cost of a new door, replace those worn-out rollers. This Andersen roller assembly is an insert style with mounting tabs and include installation screws. The high density polyethylene housing has an aluminum inner housing with a 1 Inch high density polyethylene roller. This roller assembly is used on the 200 Series Perma-Shield Gliding Doors and 400 Series Frenchwood doors. Height adjustment is down from the side rather than the top or the edge of the door. I was dismayed when I opened the package to find the product that I received was not the product I had ordered. It would have been evident to the sending person if they had only compared the pulled product to the photo of it. It would be my belief that you do not have the product to ship so sent what you had. I have incurred shipping costs which I hope will be refunded when I return the items that you sent. Please update your website.
