This Prime-Line H 3961 is a universal folding crank handle that fits most casement operator crank spindles. It is diecast construction with a coppertone finish. The universal spline system fits most casement operators. It is easy to install. The folding design is often used to replace the normal crank handle to avoiding interference with window blinds.
