These window screen tension springs are constructed of heat treated spring steel and come in a zinc plated finish. Tension springs of this style mount into the corners of 45 degree cut aluminum screen frames and add holding tension when inserted into sliding window screen channels. These tension springs will fit into 5/16 inch or thicker screen frame material. No tools are required for these easy to install tension springs.
