Are there windows in your home that have missing or damaged screens and frames? Don't rush out to buy pricey new ones when you can easily make your own! Prime-Line Aluminum Screen Frame comes with 20 pieces constructed from .020" thick aluminum, measures 72" in length and features a durable white finish. Use with Prime-Line square 3/8" x 3/4" cut plastic corners to create high quality and easy to assemble window screens. The lineal pieces of the high-quality aluminum screen frame material are intentionally cambered (curved) outward, designed to prevent inward bowing when screen cloth is installed and stretched taut. With the quality aluminum frame materials, screens can easily be made with your choice of materials, including a solar screen fabric to create effective and energy-efficient sun screens. Prime-Line aluminum screen frames are constructed with a thicker spline channel for added support. Recommended spline sizes: .185" for standard fiberglass cloth, .165" for aluminum screen and .155" for solar screen and pet screen. For screens over 48" in height or width, a spreader bar is recommended in combination with spreader bar clips to prevent the screen from bowing in (Prime-Line items MP14138 and MP7794). For new window screens, use with Prime-Line part number MP7723. Building, replacing or repairing window screens can improve the appearance and safety of your home.   • BUILD OR REPAIR WINDOW SCREENS Easily build, repair and replace missing or damaged window screen frames with this box of 20 white pieces constructed from .020 thick aluminum.
  • BLOCK THE SUN The aluminum frames may be used in combination with solar screen fabric (not included) to create effective sun screens that mount on the outside of your windows to block most of the sun's hot rays from entering your home.
  • CHOOSE THE RIGHT SPLINE Prime-Line aluminum screen frames are constructed with a thicker spline channel for added support. Recommended spline sizes: .185 for standard fiberglass cloth, .165 for aluminum screen and .155 for solar screen and pet screen.
  • EASY INSTALLATION With everything needed to make brand-new window screen frames, you can easily replace one that is missing or damaged. Frame materials are straightforward to work with, easy to cut to size and assemble.
  • SCREEN FRAME CORNERS Use with Prime-Line square cut 3/8 x 3/4 plastic corners to create high quality and easy to assemble window screens.

Don't waste your time. I ordered on May 31 for delivery to store and shortly after got an email saying there will be a delay. I get they move product around a bit different from other big box stores, so I accepted that delays happen. 3 days after the delay time frame lapsed, I finally got an email on June 12 stating my order was cancelled. Only giving me an excuse of "unexpectedly became unavailable", yet they still list available on their site. First time attempting to order from them and will definitely be the last.
