The Precision Pet Products Excelsior Poultry Pads are all natural, Odorless, and Highly Absorbent. Excelsior Pads are made in the USA from Great Lakes Aspen Wood. These pads provide a cleaner and fresher environment for your chickens to lay eggs. This poultry pads features a unique moisture absorbing technology that works by pulling moisture from droppings, which then fall to the liner below keeping eggs unsoiled. The excelsior nesting pads create a more sanitary nesting environment by separating eggs from chicken droppings, and assisting with faster egg gathering by encouraging chickens to lay eggs inside of nesting boxes, rather than on a hard surface. The excelsior nesting pads fit inside Precision Pet chicken coop nesting boxes and most standard sized nesting boxes.

I have chickens in an urban setting, needed to keep the smell in the pin down and clean up quick and easy! These pads do the trick. Clean them out once a week. No wood shavings getting all over the place anymore! Highly recommended!
