Potassium Citrate 5mEq Tablets are extended-release tabs that aid in the prevention of urinary tract stones, along with the pressure, pain, and other undue symptoms associated with stones. This medication works naturally to supply potassium citrate, which increases the pH of the urine. These potassium citrate tablets are extended-release and are sold in quantities of 100. Suitable medication for both cats and dogs.How it Works

This medication helps to make the urine less acidic, leading to a reduction in the formation of kidney stones that can occur because of high uric acid or calcium levels in the urine.
