- A: Thank you for your question. The only difference between the batteries is the amp hour rating. The larger the rating, the longer the runtime. The PCC680L is a 1.5 amp hour and larger of the two batteries. There is a PCC685L, which is a 4 amp hour.2 years agoHelpful?

- A: Thank you for your question - the Porter Cable 18-volt platform has been discontinued on our side for a while now. The 20 volt MAX line replaced it. With that said, you may have luck finding original equipment Porter Cable batteries online.2 years agoHelpful?

- A: Thank you for your question. You can interchange any of the Porter Cable 20v max slide pack batteries on your PC tools. Remember the higher the amp hour rating, the longer the runtime. Circular and reciprocating saws consume more power than drills and impact drivers so high amp hour batteries will last longer. We have a 4 amp hour battery (PCC685L) that will provide plenty of power and runtime.2 years agoHelpful?
