Not what I had hoped for

Just received today, Melvin will have nothing to do with his jumbo bones or flavors.
Enzo has chewed chicken flavor bone and after 20 mins had to take away,50 lb dog already end is chewed. Not happy at all

Like many others, my dog was taking chunks out of this immediately. Their classifications for durability are confusing- "heavy chewer" "tough chewer" which is more durable?
