The "Bread Boss"

Pit Boss should really consider making a version of this pot as a bread baker. By adding a simple cast iron handle, this pot becomes the "Bread Boss". The lid can be lifted with one hand simplifying removing the hot lid. It is heavy, but an EXCELLENT option for using as a bread oven provided a handle is added. With proper maintenance, it remains completely stick free, no parchment necessary.
I've been trying to add photos here for 20 minutes and it is not happening, not a user friendly site. I bought a 10" cast iron handle and some brass machine screws and nuts. The pot looks great and works really well.

I have searched long and hard for this cast iron casserole oven. It is the perfect size for jambalaya, soup and other recipes. The lid is great for frying bacon! The only problem I have with this is the black coating that is being removed every time I use it, even after washing. What am I eating is my real question? I oil my cast iron and there is a black residue that comes off every time!
