The Pirate Brand CPR 6.0 cu. Ft. Abrasive Sandblaster MPV Bronze Package is a portable sandblasting machine and abrasive blast pot. The durable abrasive sandblaster features an extended life schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple that withstands abrasive wear for longer life. This abrasive sandblaster also comes with a manual plunger valve (MPV) metering valve with a simple reliable design for easy use.Note: This product may require up to 5 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • Portable design for easy mobility
  • 6.0 cu. ft. (170 L) and 150 PSI (10.3 bar)
  • Abrasive sandblaster with A.S.M.E. Section VIII Division 1
  • Pressure release system and pneumatic design
  • Provides a wide range of adjustment of abrasive flow to the nozzle
  • Includes MPV/ 1-1/2 in. inlet, 1 in. outlet valves and 1-1/4 in. piping
  • Manual plunger valve (MPV) metering valve with a simple reliable design
  • 50 ft. twin-line hose assembly for convenience
  • Pneumatic control handle and bronze blasting package with 5-year and 10-year warranty
  • Includes (1) 50 ft. x 1-1/4 in. blast hose assembly with couplings and (1) tungsten carbide all-poly nozzle
  • Pusher line includes JIC fittings eliminating gasket problems
  • Extended life schedule 80 heavy-duty nipple withstands abrasive wear for longer life
  • Heavy-duty full port ball valves for durability
  • Automatically blows down the vessel when control handle is released
  • CRN for all provinces and pressure release system
