I had gotten another pet safe water fountain before this and that lasted me about a year before it stopped working. This time I wanted to upgrade to something that would better for my three cats. At first it worked! Great flow, my cats were drinking from it constantly, and it was nice and quiet, and easy to clean. However I only had it for two months before the fountain just stopped working. I tried restarting, unplugging it and plugging it back in, changing the filter, the water wouldnt flow. I tried looking online to see if anyone had the same issue and couldn't find anything. For the price, I expected better reliability and longevity then the cheaper one i had gotten from the same brand more then a year ago.

Highly Disappointed

I bought this approximately 6-7 months ago. Within a short amount of time the light would only blink blue. Now the fountain is not circulating water at all. I bought this because it is pimples so I was hoping to not have the same problems I’ve had with other fountains. I am extremely disappointed as now I will have to go purchase yet another fountain because my 22 year old cat is having a tantrum about only having access to still water.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Disappointed.

I have had this fountain for just over a year and tonight the motor went on me. Aside from poor quality I was not super impressed with the bright blue/red light especially if it decided to start flashing at night. The motor is loud and this wasn’t the easiest thing to fully clean as the cone the water filters through has small channels that frequently get covered in the carbon filter dust.
No, I do not recommend this product.

My cat hates it (and I hate the noise)

Easy to put together but my cat hates it and its so noisy that I also hate it. Feels cheap compared to a previous one and the constant splashy water noise is driving the household mad
