The size is what everyone has been looking for. They arent bulky or too wide on the neck. The petites are the best we have found. Easy to use and extremely happy with them.

My opinion, the perfect dog collar

I love this collar, doesn't ruffle my golden doodles hair because its loose when he's around the house, but then tightens on walks or bike rides when he pulls. Looks comfortable on him, but we still take it off at night.

In case this is helpful, it is worth mentioning that as with any martingale collar, for safety we do recommend it only be worn on walks and removed while your pup is at home or in the car, etc.

Faulty dog tag holder

I buy these for my foster dogs. It is important that the rescue’s tag be on it. On three separate collars, the material that holds the tag ring has ripped.

Could be the best. Don’t use the tag ring!

For all the high quality that goes into these collars, they have a glaring flaw; the ring that you can use to attach your dog’s tags fails (tears) and then you have to replace your dog’s tags. This makes the PetSafe collar no better than other brands and perhaps worse, because this flaw is an “Achilles heal”.
