Say goodnight to your early morning wake-up call. With the PetSafe Healthy Pet Simply Feed schedule your pet's meals, so they are fed on time, every day of the week (including sleep-in weekends). The Healthy Pet Simply Feed holds 24 cups of dry or semi-moist food and dispenses it using a unique, conveyor system. You can schedule up to 12 meals daily from 1/8 cup up to 4 cups per meal depending on your dog or cat's needs. The feeder portions the meals for you so you can easily manage your pet's weight to keep them healthy. The Slow Feed feature is great for pets that are fast eaters. With this feature, the feeder will slowly dispense meals larger than 1/8 cup over 15 minutes. Simply press the Feed Now button on the feeder, to dispense a meal earlier than scheduled. The Healthy Pet Simply Feed has a pet-proof design to keep prying paws from sneaking food. The feeder is easy to dissemble when it is ready to be cleaned - simply place the feeder and stainless-steel bowl in the top-rack of your dishwasher and hand wash the conveyor system. Q: Do you have to reprogram after 6 days or does it simply keep feeding on the same pregrogamed feeding schedule? Example: If I program it to feed at 5 am and 5 pm, after 6 days do I have to reprogram to feed at 5 am & 6 pm for another 6 days?

If you are using only the power adaptor and do not have batteries installed as a backup power source, the feeder will forget its programming after being without power. Just the same, if batteries are the only source of power you are using, the feeder may lose power when the batteries run out if it takes longer than a couple of minutes to change them out.7 years agoHelpful?

Sturdy and simple! Love it

I’ve had this feeder for a few weeks now and it’s great! I really like how simple and straightforward it is. It’s sturdy so kitty can’t knock it over, and set up was easy to follow.
There are so many auto feeder options on the market and after lots of research, it seemed like this one was a sturdy option. This one was also the only one I found that had a pause feature, which I really love because I like to feed kitty canned food when I’m able.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase! And I recommend :-)

Works well. Except for AC plug. Price gouging.

I bought one of these, because I needed a way to feed cat while away for work. It worked well. I went to buy a 2nd one for a 2nd home, and the price sky rocketed. Not only that, they charged extra for the AC plug, which stopped working only a few months after I bought it. Disappointing way to deal with an otherwise decent product.
No, I do not recommend this product.
