The online order process was very easy and I had it all shipped to the store so I didn't have to pay for shipping. I was notified in a timely manner when my order was shipped, store arrival, and when it was ready for pickup.

This design is brilliant. My chihuahua loves the wobbly action and you can adjust the size of the treat dispensed to any size very easily. Super easy to clean. But OMG, what is that STINK? The plastic used REEKS of chemicals & it NEVER goes away! It will get into your dog's fur & into your furniture & it's AWFUL. And if your dog is a puppy or a "chewer", they'll chew this thing into little toxic lumps in no time. Even though my adult dog doesn't chew, I can't let her get next to these toxic fumes! DON'T BUY!!!!!

Our 2 dogs love these! It is very durable and 1 of our dogs is a chewer!! I love it best with Charlie Bears or dog kibble in it. I can adjust how hard it is for dog to get treats out based on each dog. I have bought several of these as gifts for friends when they get new dogs and even one cat we got a small one. One of ours is over 10 years old and still great condition. If your dog is destructive then do not leave it out all the time for your dog. As with all toys you must use common sense and put it away when done if destructive dog chewer in your household!

My two chihuahua love them and I like the way that when one gets the treats out the other one grabs it...lol
