This Bark Control Collar utilizes a replaceable PetSafe® battery (RFA-67). This unique battery is designed to make battery replacement easier and increase water protection. To insert the battery, align the symbols on the battery (arrow) and Bark Control Collar (triangle). Use a large coin to turn the battery clockwise until the arrow lines up with the lock symbol on the housing. To remove the battery, turn the battery counter-clockwise using a large coin. DO NOT attempt to cut into or pry open the battery. Be sure to discard the used battery properly. A replacement PetSafe® battery (RFA-67) can be found at many retailers. I purchased this collar for my sister who has a dog that barks constantly. No other training worked. She put this collar on him, he barked one time, tilted his head and did not bark again. Now when he does bark if he is commanded to stop, he does! Thank goodness it worked!

Big dog= does not work

I bought this product for my lab and it hardly ever works! Every once in a while it might work but 99% of the time it didn't work. I thought it might have been a bad battery so i went and bought 2 new batteries and it still doesn't work. Take my advice, don't waste your time or money on this one!!

It was OK. It made her scared though.

It was very very effective. I have to say, but it did make my dog scared of me and barking because I put the collar on her and she seemed scared, but then we built up a relationship again and everything was OK, but overall did make her a little scared of me and a little scared of to bark

I have two small dogs, they weight 18lbs according to the box they will fit them. They do not fit they are too big and droop. They did not stop my dog from barking

Petsafe collars

Have used them for years. Has calmed my fierce female Corgi quite a bit. She now kind of grunts a lot instead of barking. Keeps my mixed breed male from barking at humans and dogs walking by.
